A Ryanair flight operating from Marrakech to Barcelona was forced to make an emergency landing in Fès–Saïss Airport after a drunk passenger caused disruption on board, according to local reports.
Witnesses reported that the woman stood up while the plane was preparing for departure, ignoring safety instructions and acting aggressively toward the crew and other passengers. Due to her disruptive behavior, the pilot diverted the aircraft to Fez, landing at 14:10.
Upon landing The Royal Gendarmerie arrested the woman. No injuries were reported and the flight eventually resumed a 15:29, arriving in Barcelona about two hours behind schedule.
