Travelers coming from the UK can fly directly to Sharm El Sheikh from the following airports: Birmingham, Bristol, London Gatwick, London Luton, and Manchester.
If you are staying for less than 15 days at resorts in Sharm el Sheikh, Dahab, Nuweiba or Taba, you do not need a visa. You will get a free entry permission stamp on arrival. If you plan to travel outside the resorts or stay more than 15 days, you must get a visa.
White Island is part of the Ras Mohammed National Park at the tip of the Sinai Peninsula.
You'll be diving in water that averages 74°- 84° degrees or 23°- 29° C, depending on the time of year. On some itineraries, you may make as many as 5 dives each day, so you'll want more than shorts and a t-shirt.
